Kim Hefren-Webb

Kim is a Social Worker, with 25 years of experience in the child and family sector, mostly working in family’s homes providing intensive therapeutic support, and also in the areas of child protection, foster care, disability and therapeutic assessments for children and young people in out of home care.

Kim is a qualified trainer and has obtained a Graduate Diploma in Developmental Trauma in 2015 and Circles of Security facilitation in 2016. Kim has worked in caseworker, therapeutic roles, and in supervision and program management for many years.

Kim is the Executive Director of of Sanctuary Aus, having opened
Sanctuary Aus, in partnership with Sonja Flett, in 2018.

Kim’s passion is in helping families to improve relationships with each other, with the resulting benefits this brings to so many areas of their lives.
